The Program
The pH7 Pilates Certification is based on the authentic teachings of Joseph and Clara Pilates. Students will learn the complete Classical Pilates Method, levels one thru five, in our fully equipped studio on the following pieces of equipment:
Reformer, Cadillac, Ladder Barrel, Wunda Chair, Spine Corrector.
Also included are the small apparatus pieces:
Arm weights, Magic Circles, ½ barre,l Ped-o-Pole.
Our program also fully covers the Pilates Mat work, which is the foundation of all the work.
This comprehensive 515 hour program includes 11 weekends of educational workshops covering all five levels of the Classical Pilates Method, anatomy, biomechanics, working with injuries, and teaching skills. Maximum class size will never exceed eight, thus ensuring that the students will be given a high level of attention from the instructors. Students will appreciate the holistic and supportive environment that pH7 Pilates provides during the program. Students will receive assistance in finding individuals for practice teaching hours. We want to set you up for success in every way we can during the program.
