Kim Comey began her Pilates journey while trying to find an exercise program that would work with her moderate, yet chronic knee pain. "It was the first time I began working with my knees instead of against them." She soon found PH7 Pilates and under direction of Cher Aslor received her classical Pilates certification. Originally from the San Francisco Bay Area, she grew up dancing competitively & teaching classes at her mom’s dance studio. Kim moved to Colorado where she received her BS in Journalism and Mass Communication at CU. She sees Pilates as a perfect release out of the everyday chaos of life. "Taking a moment to focus on your own mind & body makes you a better person to those around you. Pilates is that little gem in my life, one in which I love to share its benefits with others." Kim continues to expand her Pilates knowledge with continuing education classes & workshops which she enjoys bringing back into her classes and clients.
