Sheresa Lehocky

Sheresa Lehocky, a Colorado native and mother of 2, began her Pilates practice in 2010 when she attended a class on a whim with a friend. As a graduate from Colorado School of Mines with a bachelor degree in Civil Engineering, Sheresa was looking for a workout that calmed her nerves, allowed her to be present in the moment, and stretched and strengthened her body. She found that Pilates provided her with a sense of breath and postural awareness that she had never experienced before. Sheresa instantly realized that Pilates was her calling. She continued to develop her practice throughout the next several years, and then in 2016 she made the decision to step away from her engineering job and pursue a career as a Pilates instructor. Sheresa graduated in the classical teacher training program at PH7 Pilates in 2016. As an instructor, Sheresa strives to be an uplifting, positive mentor to others, showing them the many benefits of an ongoing Pilates practice.

Gina is a certified classical Pilates Instructor through PH7 Pilates in Denver, CO. She is also a certified Hatha Yoga instructor thru Omaha Yoga & Bodyworks center in Omaha, NE. After about 6 months of taking Pilates and having just become an empty nester, she decided it was time to do something for herself and become a Pilates instructor. It has been one of the best decisions she has made. Gina enjoys her family, her dogs and the amazing People she has met in Denver’s Washington Park area. Gina feels the study of ones body is life long and it keeps you young by focusing on that mind, body, spirit connection.

Ashley: Originally from San Francisco, Ashley graduated from California State University (Chico) with a BA in Musical Theater and moved to New York City to pursue a career in theatre and dance. However, a long list of dance injuries that would impress a professional stuntman ultimately led her down a different path. ?

After dislocating her right knee for the fifth time, Ashley met a physical therapist who seemed to know more about movement than any of her previous therapists - and that changed Ashley's life. She decided right then and there to become certified in Pilates.

In 2007, she received her Pilates Mat and Apparatus Certifications under the direction of Lawson Harris at The Lab in NYC. She is also a certified personal trainer through A.C.E and is trained in multiple fitness areas including TRX, Zumba, Rebounding, Kettle Bell 1 & 2 and Kick Boxing for Fitness.

Her extensive Pilates continuing education includes specialized courses in pre- and post-natal Pilates (Pilates on Fifth, Lesley Powell, Bridge Pilates), osteoporosis (Pilates for Buff Bones-Rebekah Rotstein), arthritis, Innovative Therapeutic Stretching (Anthony Levitt), foot and knee issues, shoulder impingement and scoliosis (with Karen Clippinger), and advanced workshops on individual apparatus (barrel, chair, Pilates ARC, foam roller).

Ashley arrived in Denver with her husband Nathaniel and her son Jackson from her most recent home, Brooklyn, New York . She is excited to start her new journey here in Denver.

When not in the Pilates studio, you may find Ashley hanging off a pole somewhere teaching burlesque arts to adventurous students around town, or selling fascinators and other accessories for burlesque performers around the country.
